Completed Forms must be submitted by 7:00PM, Wednesday the week prior to cablecast. Incomplete forms will be rejected. Forms submitted after 7PM Wednesday will be forwarded to the following week.

The following on line form seen below can be used to submit new unaired programs however the new programs must be received by 12 PM on Thursday or the form will be voided.

I have read the Sound View Community Media, Inc. policies, procedures, rules, and the Access User Contract and agree to comply with said policies, procedures, rules, and contract and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
