
Digital Editing and Field Training
SV has powerful digital editing systems using Casablanca Avio, Premiere Pro, Video Toaster and Lightwave to enable producers to create sophisticated 2D and 3D video effects for their shows. Filming techniques are also taught through our
Field Production Class.
Digital Television Studio
Sound View Community Media is excited to announce that our studio and studio control room is now upgraded to digital technology. Three new Hitachi digital studio cameras, a digital Broadcast Pix switcher with inscriber character generator, digital disk recorder and playout, mini DV and DVD recording, hardware and software, a 45 inch full color format professional LCD monitor, are among the newest professional quality technology that have been installed. The light grid was also upgraded to energy efficient fluorescent lighting.
Live studio production crews will be trained first. On-going studio training will be conducted throughout the balance of the year and coordinated with our training manager,

- Hallway art gallery available to local artists to display their talents

- Two 100 foot Satellite dishes located on the roof
- Loading Zone parking spaces for equipment pick up/drop off
