Stratford is now using the SV Video On Demand system. To view the Stratford videos, please click on the desired meeting located below. The programs are Windows Media Video format and will stream right to your desktop. You may also download the file for later viewing or to go to a certain time in the video. Just right click on the title and save target to your computer. Just be advised the files can get quite large. Some council meetings last several hours. | |
